In 2010, EG BrandHouse embarked on a re-structuring and re-branding journey. Anyone who has gone through this can tell you it is extremely involving, revealing (a lot of inconvenient truths come to the fore!) and not a process to be rushed... at least if you want great results that is.

In 2010, EG BrandHouse embarked on a re-structuring and re-branding journey. Anyone who has gone through this can tell you it is extremely involving, revealing (a lot of inconvenient truths come to the fore!) and not a process to be rushed... at least if you want great results that is. Our consulting agency carried out in-depth market research that spanned our internal processes, organizational culture, products, customer experience and our churn and retention rates, to mention a few. This led to the birth of our new identity, shedding our former name Eniphares Gneicho for the more succinct EG BrandHouse and the subsequent formation of our 3 divisions Pharma, Promo and Print. Ohhh its been an exhilarating ride!!

EG BrandHouse opened our doors in August 2002, to fill the quality gap in the market by providing high-end advertising material and raised the bar on service delivery to customers in the process. Below-the-line advertising is an unregulated business space within the advertising industry so this has given rise to many “fly by night” companies out to make a quick buck at the expense of a clients campaign. Horror stories abound regarding late deliveries, sub-standard products, incorrectly branded products, disappearing acts from vendors, the list is endless. In fact one customer recounted a story to us about a vendor who won a bid purely on the basis of price, was given an upfront payment and then went underground only to resurface 4 months later with items that were in the wrong color, design and logo!

At EG BrandHouse we work by what we stand for – consistently offering unique advertising solutions professionally delivered, and in the process building trust and strong relationships with our customers and ultimately growing the company. The resultant growth over the years necessitated strategic internal and external adjustments in our modus operandi to enable us better focus on our strengths, in turn serving our clients better.
